Hedengren corporation has its own service facility in Kauklahti, Espoo.

Most of the products imported by Hedcom are serviced there, but some lighting and sound systems are also handled in workshop at Lauttasaari.  

With warranty issues it is recommended to contact first your sales channel. Your dealer/sales person may help you to provide proof of purchase if the original one is lost. You can also get instructions on how to deliviver the item for service and where that service is.
 
All services for products out of warranty are handled in Kauklahti.
