Hedcom was granted the ISO 9001: 2008 quality certificate in December 2011.
Hedcom’s central quality criteria conform to Hedengren group’s common fixed goals, which are service-orientation, quality of work, keeping schedules and the ability to cooperate, be flexible and take the initiative. The company’s general quality goals are supplemented by the quality goals of the sales teams and installation staff. With these, we aim to fulfil deliveries on time and smoothly. By committing to the quality system, Hedcom is undergoing continuous development and improving customer satisfaction.
